These terms govern your use of this website and the services provided by BrightWeb IT Solutions. By using this site or engaging us for work, you agree to the terms below.
The content on this site is provided for general information about our services, capabilities, and past work. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it for competitive purposes.
Each project is defined by a written proposal or statement of work that covers scope, deliverables, timeline, milestones, and fees. That document takes precedence where it conflicts with these general terms.
Fees, deposit requirements, and payment schedules are agreed in writing before work begins. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Work may be paused on overdue accounts.
Upon full payment, you own the custom deliverables created for your project. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, and internal frameworks, and we may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Our services are provided on a reasonable-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, BrightWeb IT Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data, arising from use of this site or from our services.
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with the date shown above, is the current version.
