This role focuses on direct communication. You will contact businesses, explain what BrightWeb offers, ask discovery questions, and help move interested leads to a consultation.
What you will do
- Send introduction emails to qualified leads.
- Follow up with leads who do not respond right away.
- Call business owners or managers using a simple outreach script.
- Record call results and update the status of each lead.
- Schedule or recommend next steps for interested prospects.
What we are looking for
- Laptop or PC with reliable internet.
- Clear communication and confidence in calls.
- Experience in cold calling, sales support, appointment setting, or email outreach is helpful.
- Organized with follow-ups and daily reports.
